Scrambled eggs on Finnish rye crispbread
Recipe:
In a small pan add the following:
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbs grated cheddar
Stir constantly over medium heat till just set.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve on Finnish rye crispbreads
Serves 1.
