Roasted duck breast - again!
I followed my recipe from the January Diaries. This time I served it with sliced runner beans, which I steamed in the microwave and then stir fried briefly with garlic and olive oil.
My dinner guest got to mine 20 minutes before I did, but I still managed to prepare the duck and my blue cheese endive salad in that time. Oh, and my passion fruit cocktail.
It’s easy to stay organised when all your recipes are in one place it seems.
