Peach Iced Tea
Bring to a boil 125ml sugar (1/2 cup) with 125ml water (1/2 cup). Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence (optional). Reduce to low and stir to dissolve. Add 4 white peaches, peeled, cored, and quartered. Remove from heat after 2 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes. Puree and strain (if you like a smoother texture). 



Meanwhile, make 1L tea (4 cups) (strength and type to taste). Refrigerate.

Stir the syrup into the tea to taste.
