Purple & red radish salad with labneh cheese

This is a simple salad to assemble. In a wide salad bowl place 1 head of romaine lettuce, the leaves separated out and sliced if large, 6 purple or red radishes, scrubbed, topped, tailed and then quartered, 6 labneh cheese balls* or substitute with some cubed feta cheese. Drizzle on some olive oil and lemon juice and finally season with fresh or dried thymesea salt and pepper.

* These are made from strained yogurt which has been formed into balls and then marinated in olive oil. You can normally find them in Lebanese delis (in London check out Le Comptoir Libanais).
